The fabric has good thermal isolation but the padding isn't sturdy enough. I'm 6'1", 140 pounds, and thought an M size would fit me, but I had to exchange it for an S size. Still, the padding fits correctly and hangs low like a loaded diaper. I know, it sounds and feels wrong. In addition, the padding is somewhat thin. After a 30-mile ride, I could tell my behind was hurting because of the lack of cushion.
