These are way better than 5.10s for wide feet. I am a 12.5EE and the Size 47s fit me very well width-wise without being excessively long. Only problem I've had is some foot pain. I think this is from my very flat feet adapting to the very molded and contoured footbed in these shoes. As I've used them more, and improved my foot positioning on the pedals, the pain has improved. Hopefully at some point it goes away entirely.
