Excellent jacket . Bad zippers

Excellent winter jacket . Soft - Would hug your body. Really loved it .
Unfortunately , the zipper is shot after 3 months of use( over use!) .. now when I contacted Endura customer support about warranty , I got this reply.
"Could you please provide us with the warranty, so we may resolve this for you".
Does any one know what the above sentence mean ?
